Our Process
To open an account with Columbine, please provide your company name, contact details, and a copy of your valid sales tax license. Columbine is a wholesale, to-the-trade showroom and does not charge sales tax on in-state shipments.
To request a quote, send your desired items to our main email or your sales rep, including all relevant details like quantity, fabrics, finishes, and specifications. Your sales rep will get back to you with a quote within 24 hours.
All order details must be finalized before placement. Columbine requires a 50% deposit for in-state and 75% for out-of-state orders, payable by card or check (no card fees). You’ll receive a Customer Acknowledgment and PO # when the order has been processed.
All orders ship via freight to a commercial receiver. Costs are added at shipment to the final invoice, and are due before release. Freight quotes are available and valid for 30 days, and are typically 10–12% of the order total. Receivers must inspect and report damages within 7 days, or claims may be denied.
Receivers must inspect all items upon delivery and report any damages within 7 days, providing clear photos and a detailed description. Damage during installation is the responsibility of the designer and receiver.
